Roasted Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- asparagus, trimmed
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Toss the asparagus and tomatoes in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then roast at 400 until tender.
- Whisk together 2T olive oil, 1T balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Plate the asparagus and cherry tomatoes, dress and serve.
